The bags are handmade by us in Germany.

We ship your order quickly and reliably—usually within 1-2 business days. Shipping is via DHL and costs €6.49 within Germany. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €100.00.

Cancellations and returns are of course possible within 14 days. Unfortunately, as a small business, we cannot cover the return shipping costs. We hope for your understanding and thank you for supporting us in continuing to operate sustainably and fairly.

4. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the purchase price within 5-7 business days.
